No one will come down from heaven miraculously to make everything perfect for you. You have lived long enough to know that change only happens when you change something!

What are the biggest problems in your life right now?
Which ones can you really solve?
We feel overwhelmed because problems tend to accumulate to the point where you feel paralyzed and don’t want to solve them, hoping that they will all just disappear. The truth is that they will actually only grow. But most likely, you have everything you need to solve at least some of them.
Start small and build momentum! Sooner or later, you will find that it is easy to improve your life one point at a time.

If you don’t have any health problems and you don’t take medications that cause weight gain, it’s likely that you eat too much fried food. And if you have a problem with excess body fat, it doesn’t mean that you have a wide bone or that your genes make you fat.
You just put too much bad shit in your mouth!
According to statistics, it is more difficult to acquire a new habit than to start managing an existing one.
Instead of sweet soda, drink water.
Instead of French fries, take a salad.
Instead of bread or pasta, more vegetables.
At first, you will feel tired, anti-motivational, and perhaps even grumpy. But every time you make the right choice for yourself, you get a little grin on your face and a feeling: “Damn it, I’m driving this car again — this is my body.”
You should also pay attention to the salt and the amount of alcohol you consume.
Here’s the secret to being a little healthier than you are now: stop eating so much junk food and drink more water! It’s actually that simple.
5. Start reading a good book
Or at least a book that inspires you to be better than you are now.
As you read, you will find that you value yourself and your time more. By opening yourself up to other people’s journeys, you can draw wisdom from their experiences.
You get richer with every book you read!
6. Limit your consumption of social media and entertainment
These days, abandoning social networks may sound stupid. But, the first and last thing people do in their lives is check social networks. They don’t get out of bed. For the first 30 to 45 minutes of their day, they keep scrolling and looking at this artificial reality that people display in their profiles. Then, when night falls, they do the same.
“Look how we live!”
This need to fill what seems to be free time is tearing society apart.
Reduce social media to 30 minutes a day, leave another 30 minutes for entertainment, and see how your life changes when you are alone.
7. Make a plan for tomorrow
And then the next day, a week, and so on.
Do you know why you don’t do more to improve your life? This is because you don’t plan what to do. You just have a vague idea of what you expect at some point in the foreseeable future.
The plan makes what you want in your thinking become reality. Start tomorrow! Make a schedule for yourself and plan your day. Try to be specific.
Don’t forget to include some things that you’ve been putting off. You can even include 30 minutes for social media and 30 minutes of entertainment as a reward towards the end of the day, if you want. Find a time interval to read a couple of pages of the book.
The moment you start planning your day, you will start controlling the time!
This is how super successful people manage to do so much in the same 24 hours a day that everyone else can’t.
8. Wake up at the same hour every day
If you go to bed earlier, you may Wake up a little earlier than usual and complete some of the tasks in your daily plan.
Waking up at the same hour every day, such as 6 or 7 in the morning, will allow you to do more things in the morning, leaving you free time to focus on what you think is good for your life.

Now take a good look at these lists!

You can only improve what you can measure!
Tracking your progress lets you know what went wrong with some of them and what went wrong with others.
12. Write down 5 things you want to achieve in the medium term
Now that you have analyzed and fully understood why you did not achieve your goals, you can finally focus on what is waiting for you in life.
Find 5 goals, no more, no less, that can be achieved in the next 6 months.
Don’t overdo it, you won’t earn your first million in the next 6 months if your net profit last year was N1,635,121 naira. Instead, focus on specific things that can affect your life. For example, reading 1 book a month for 6 months, taking on more responsibility at work, and finally getting a promotion, etc. Anything that makes sense to you.
Write these 5 goals down on a piece of paper and stick them over your Desk so that you can remind yourself of them every day.
