MySQL is an open-source relational database management system. To create
MySQL database on CPanel account, follow this simple steps;

1. Login to your cPanel
2. Click on MySQL Databases under Database category
3. Enter the name of the database in the field provided and click on the Create Database
NOTE: You also need to create a MySQL user and grant this user access to your database. Follow this steps to do this:

Move to Add New User. Enter the details of the username and password in
the fields provided and click on the Create User button
2. Once the
user has been created, move to the “Add User to Database” and choose the
User and the Database and click the Add button.
3. Choose the privileges you would like to assign to the user and click on the Make Changes button
